Citrus Peach Cooler
A sweet and simple mocktail, this citrus peach cooler is filled with refreshing lemons, limes and peaches. Perfect for serving up on warm summer evenings.

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 2 Lemons, juiced
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1 Lime, sliced
- Handful of Ice Cubes
- Third of a jug Peach Juice or Nectar
- Third of a jug Cloudy Lemonade
- Sparkling Water
- Strawberries and Mint, to garnish
- A shot (or two) of Peach Schnapps, optional
Method
- Place the juice of 2 lemons and limes into the Typhoon World Food Carafe. Add sliced lemon and limes and a handful of ice.
- Fill one third of the carafe with peach juice/ nectar. Top up with lemonade.
- Finish with sliced strawberries and top with sparkling water and mint sprigs.
- Serve in Typhoon World Foods Glasses. For an alcoholic version add peach schnapps.
