LONDON, Nov. 4 (UPI) -- British comedian and actor Rowan Atkinson admits he isn't very proud of most of the movies he has made.

Atkinson has starred in the popular TV shows "Blackadder" and "Mr. Bean," as well as the films "Never Say Never Again," "Johnny English," "Bean," "Mr. Bean's Holiday," "Rat Race," Scooby-Doo" and "Love Actually."

"My problem is that, although the films have undoubtedly been commercially successful ... an awful lot of what we have done has not been good filmmaking," he told The Times of London. "I find it frustrating that, apart from 'Four Weddings and a Funeral,' I have yet to be involved in a film of which I am totally proud."

Atkinson is slated to make his West End debut in "Oliver!" next year. He is to play bad-guy Fagin in the musical adaptation of Charles Dickens's classic novel "Oliver Twist."
