As part of the panel discussion at the Berlin Design Week at BE-U, we will jointly examine how food trends in urban areas will develop in the future and what role sustainability aspects will play in this.
The participants will discuss what measures can be taken to promote more sustainable food production and supply in cities. They will also look at the importance of local production, the reduction of food waste and the use of innovative technologies for a more environmentally friendly diet.
The aim is to develop a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with promoting sustainable diets in urban environments.

Travel in comfort with the shuttle service from mobility partner Polestar from Berlin Mitte.Polestar is the official automotive partner of BERLIN DESIGN WEEK 2024. The e-car manufacturer will offer shuttle services from the Polestar Space at Hackescher Markt and a station at Leipziger Platz to the main location in the Peter-Behrens-Bau and back.
