The home has 2 bedrooms, a futon for guest sleep overs, indoor bathroom (tub & shower), and outdoor shower. It is fully winterized for year round use and includes a full complement of new kitchen appliances, an indoor dining area, and living room. There is a full basement with beach chairs and umbrellas, and a washer and dryer (laundry soap provided). For those who prefer drying their clothes in the fresh air, there is an outdoor clothesline.
