Shopping, supermarket, restaurants, museums, exhibitions or bars, everything is within walking distance.
This also applies to buses and trains that regularly travel to various areas of Mallorca at the Plaza d Espanya.

The good traffic connection of this apartment allows the abandonment of a car.
