After a lot of reading about Vitamin B12 and its benefits I made a point of taking it every day, but I found most of the pills bulky. When I noticed VitaMelts I thought that I could do - and it was great! The tablet was small and literally melted on my tongue. It is an outstanding product and I just wish Walmart would make a point of keeping it on the shelves, but considering how good it is I can see that's a challenge. I definitely would recommend it for everyone, especially anyone needing a boost during the day.

Take It Every Day with Every Meal!

I use these b12 melts as a quick energy booster since I am very anemic.  I take 2 everyday and that will suffice.  Before taking these I was always tired and sluggish

I love thus product.  I was able to improve my borderline shortage of B12 by my next
Annual doctors appointment.

Good

Tastes fruity, melts quickly on tongue, small pink pill.   Effective for energy.  I alternate daily between pill and jelly form.  I personally prefer the jelly form of this vitamin.  This one is a bit powdery.
