As an engraving company, Karl Wenk GmbH looks back on 100 years of roller production. Whether calender rollers, chrome anilox rollers, embossing rollers, gravure rollers, paper rollers or union rollers made by WENK, precision and functionality are reflected in all our products.

Relying on traditional engraving craftsmanship and the use of modern technologies we produce first-class gravure rollers. Different engraving methods including mechanical engraving, photo engraving and wax-jet engraving as well as surface finishing techniques such as polishing and blasting by means of different forms of media and the final chrome plating are deployed for this purpose.

Using 3D technologies besides traditional engraving technology we combine different methods to produce the surface structures desired by our customers.
