Join Arizona Cantilena Chorale on April 13th at 4:00pm for their Mesa Arts Center debut! “Love Waltzed In” is a joyful and eclectic mix of musical styles that celebrate the many facets of love. With styles ranging from jazz and pop to classic choral works, there will be something for everybody. The concert features the charming “Liebeslieder Walzer” (Lovesong Waltzes) by Johannes Brahms, a collection of intimate songs that show the many faces of love, from wistful yearning to painful loss. Performing the virtuoso piano part are Cantilena pianist Robert Mills and special guest Russell Ryan, world-renowned recitalist. David Schildkret conducts this much-anticipated performance.
