Sagittaria natans

Sagittaria natans is a tall and reed like plant perfect in the mid-background. Its blade like leaves is great for obscuring the back wall. When the plant reaches the surface, it bends over creating a decorative and natural feel in the aquarium. Sagittaria natans spreads by sending out runners, which will form new plants that send out more runners. This plant can easily cover the tank when left to its own devices.
