Butter croissant, curved, pre-proofed dough piece, deep-frozen
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Bake the deep frozen product in the pre-heated oven with a lot of steam at 170ο C-190ο C for convection oven and at 190ο C-210Ο C for conventional oven for approx. 14 minutes.
We recommend to open the slide after 10 minutes. The baking time depends on the favorite browning and/or the type of oven.
