Ryan Harter was a member of the Chesterfield County Public Schools in Virginia, representing Matoaca District. He assumed office on December 17, 2019. He left office on January 1, 2024.
Harter (Republican Party) ran for election to the Virginia House of Delegates to represent District 73. He lost in the Republican primary on June 20, 2023.
