Born in the Detroit area my artistic talent was encouraged by many members of my family. After graduating with a BFA from Michigan State University I was a a Graphic Designer for a decade. I decided to paint around 2003 and that is when I developed the style I use today, which is painting on wood with collage elements. I live and work in Decatur, Georgia.
