My registration / nickname / login won't work?

My registration / nickname / login won't work?

Hey there,

 

I'm new to spotify and tried to create my own account. I registered and downloaded the programm to my PC. However I can't get the programm running.

 

First I log in into this one without problems:

Then the programm closes either immediately and fast (I just see the words 'log out') or I get further

The two options are 

1. I'm new

or

2. log in - which I just did, right?

 

When I get to 1. it says, I've to connect to facebook - which I don't want.

 

At 2. it says, it doesn't recognize my account (If I enter the data I just did beforehand), even when I get to 'remember password'.

Also, I just noticed, that up at the right conner, my facebook ID was displayed, although I didn't want that!

 

so - how do I get across these obstacles to just listen to music?

I am having this same problem! I don't so much mind the fb profile part, but I have had my account for like a year or two and now these past couple weeks it is givin me those same problems! I hope somebody has a solution for this...

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this

Ok, Thank you for your help! I had already sent them an eamil yesterday and got the automated reply, so when I reply to that email, should I retype the original email? Or just tell them that I still need help?

Ok, thank you so much! My Spotify actually randomly decided to start working again tonight, so we will see if it is actually going to keep working 🙂 I greatly appreciate your help!
