SPS spokesman Ivica Dačić assessed that Željko Ražnatović Arkan "was a patriot, regardless of his contradictory biography and different assessments".
"Those who attacked him the most and pushed him to The Hague are now talking nonsense," said Dacic regarding the opposition's accusations that the murder of Ražnatović was an act of "state terrorism."
