A small add on for the Adafruit GFX library.

1. 1-bit canvas that can be read
2. A function that copies contents between the canvas and another Adafruit_GFX object, usefull for scrolling.

Why not make a pull request? I've seen many pull requests waiting to be merged and this solution is fast, simple and just works :)
