Hello,

 

it not possible to enter to my hp account to change the HP Inkjet rate. 

After pressing the login-button i have to enter my Mail-Address. Then I have to enter the password.

Now hp wants to send a 6-digit verification code to my Mail-Address but this Mail will never received in my inbox. 

I also checked the Spam but there is no verification code. I tried it a couple of times/days but I still not receiving any hp Mail with this verification code.

Could you please help???

Hello,

my Dad is using a HP Envy 6032 with SerielNr TH13J4F1GB. 

The Screenshoot is attached. Again I never get the 6-digit code in the inbox and also not in spam folder.

I used different devices and also my Web-Browser on my Windows10 Device. 
I never received this code.

Have you checked whether Messages on hold, sometimes  you need to release the current email On Hold to your Inbox.
