1. leiden an ~ leiden unter
There's only a very subtle difference. "leiden unter" slightly emphasizes that you really feeling bad because of it and "leiden an" just states that you have that disease. (For example: lactose intolerance you would use "leiden an", because you aren't really feeling down because of it)
Example for leiden unter:
Ich leide unter starken Kopfschmerzen. = My head hurts really badly.
2. klagen gegen: you use this when you sue someone.
klagen über: complain about / moan about
3. ich schreibe dir (Dativ) = ich schreibe an dich (akkusativ)
With dativ don't use "an".
Example:
Ich schreibe dir einen Brief. = Ich schreibe einen Brief an dich.
4. Example: Ich räche mich an dir für das kaputte Fahrrad.
you can use both prepositions "an" and "für".
"an" is used for the person you want to take your revenge on.
"für" is the thing the person did (the reason), which makes you want to take revenge.
5. Ich halte dich für sehr intelligent. = I think you are very intelligent. / I consider you to be very intelligent.
