A: Ich wünsche Ihnen noch ein schönes Wochenende!
B: Danke, ebenso.
oder auch:
"Danke, gleichfalls."
"Danke, Ihnen auch."
Danke, für Sie auch.
-> is not wrong but whether you can use it or not depends on the context. (also I can't really think of a scenario where you would use it. I think for this case "Danke, Ihnen auch!" is more likely to be used.)
Also it's quite long compared to "Danke, ebenso." so most people would prefer the shorter one.
A common example where you could use these phrases: after you paid for your groceries/books/etc. at the checkout and the cashier is like: "Schönes Wochenende."
Since you're probably not the only one in line there not much time for a long talk so you want to keep it short: "Danke, gleichfalls."

They're both correct but Danke ebenso sounds a little more polite and is mainly used by grown-ups. You can say Danke für Sie auch too however (I do that all the time) it's not impolite either..
