Einzigartig beschreibt etwas einmaliges (was sich nur einmal ereignet, oder, was etwas sehr Besonderes/Außergewöhnliches ist)
z.B.
"Die Art, wie sie mich anlächelte, war einzigartig."
Eigenartig bezeichnet etwas, dass komisch, seltsam oder abnorm ist und hat meistens eine eher negative Bedeutung.
z.B.
"Ihr Verhalten ist sehr eigenartig."
