Es drückt das gleiche aus, "mir" nimmt Bezug auf die Person die etwas sagt. Da in dem Satz aber schon durch "mein" Bezug auf die Person genommen wird braucht man das "mir" nicht.
Wenn du sagen würdest "Du hast den Tag versüßt" heißt es das der Tag allgemein für alle schöner geworden ist und "Du hast mir den Tag versüßt" heißt das der Tag für dich schöner geworden ist.
