In dem Beispiel "Wie geht es dir?" - "So mäßig" wird das Adjektiv "mäßig" verwendet, das so viel wie "dürftig", "knapp" oder auf das Beispiel bezogen "nicht so gut" bedeutet. "-mäßig" als Suffix (angehängt an ein Wort) heißt "betreffend" oder "entsprechend". In deinem Beispiel also "der Zukunft entsprechende Bauwerke"
