zufÀllig means at random, at a random time, by chance. Ich habe ihn zufÀllig gesehen. I happened to see him.
Versehentlich means by accident, not intendedly. Ich habe die Vase versehentlich vom Tisch gestossen. I pushed the vase off the table by accident (and it broke).
