"Gramatically" is the word to use when pertaining/related to grammar. It is usually only used when commenting on whether a phrase is "gramatically correct" or "gramatically incorrect". However, you could say that a phrase is "gramatically easy", meaning that the grammar is simple, etc.
As far as I know, "Grammarly" is an app, and is a word created for that particular app, brand, or the company that owns that app. I've never heard the word used other than in relation to the app, which apparently helps people with their writing style.
