Gemächlich drückt aus, dass jemand langsam ist, weil er es sich erlauben kann.
Lahm kritisiert eine Gangart, die nicht von der Stelle kommt. Etwas drastischer ist lahmarschig, eine Person, die sehr lange für etwas braucht.
Schleppend bedeutet, dass die Zeit nicht vergehen will und bedächtig drückt aus, dass sich jemand bewusst viel Zeit nimmt, um etwas langsam aber gründlich zu erledigen.
