it is just a dialect thing. ein bissl is used in South Germany. meaning wise they are interchangeable. tut es weh? Ein bisschen/ein bissl

@Sycamore21 In Nürnberg habe ich "ein bissl" gehört :) Aber mein deutsch Buch immer "ein bisschen" sagt :D

but you should never write "ein bissl" because it is totally colloquial. And if you aren't really fluent, you should avoid using specific dialects because it would sound weird
