Mit "zwingen" drückst Du aus, dass jemand etwas tun muss. Der Zwang bezieht sich auf ein Verb: "Er zwang mich, Rucola zu essen" (zwingen -> essen)
Mit "aufzwingen" ist bezieht man sich auf ein Nomen: "Er zwang mir Rucola auf" (aufzwingen -> Rucola; ob ich die Rucola essen oder kaufen musste, wird nicht gesagt)
