2023 Outdoor: Placed 11th in the 3000m steeplechase at the ACC Championships with a time of 10:36.03... Finished third at the Virginia High Performance in the 1500m clocking in at 4:32.29... Competed in the 3000m steeplechase at the NCAA East Prelims ... Finished sixth in the 1500m with a PR of 4:26.83 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier ... Was runner up in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:13.44 at the Virginia Grand Prix ... Took 11th at the Virginia Grand Prix with a 3,000m steeplechase time of 10:51.69 ... Posted a time of 11:18.87 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Virginia Challenge ... Ran the 1500m at the Raleigh Relays in 4:32.32.

2021 Indoor: Finished second in the 800m with a time of 2:16.01 at the Virginia Tech Challenge ... Delivered a time of 5:15.86 in the mile at the Doc Hale Elite Meet to finish 13th ... Took seventh place in the 1,000m with a time of 2:54.20 at the Hokie Invitational.

2020 Indoor: Did not compete.
