The four competencies, skills and indicators

The four competencies are each made up of five skills, and each skill is assessed using five behavioural indicators. Each skill is tested several times throughout the game. 

The capacity to change approaches and decisions in line with evolving reality. Demonstrated through the following skills:

The game was created by leading behavioural and psychology experts using the proven methodology of a Situational Judgement Test (SJT). A unique and carefully designed scoring system was created to translate your answers into an in-depth report and competency profile that displays your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development in an easy-to-understand, online competency dashboard.

Natalia Izosimova

An expert in organisational development and corporate transformation. Her professional experience is drawn from consulting and real-life business interactions.

Natalya has worked for 12 years at McKinsey & Company, where she was a member of the Leadership Group and headed the Professional development function in Eastern Europe. In this capacity, she also acted as a coach and moderator of strategy sessions for both McKinsey clients and consultants, including those based outside of Eastern Europe.

Sergey Korovin

Primarily engaged in business development and construction. Sergey has worked for over 12 years in international consulting at McKinsey and Accenture.

At these companies, Sergey was responsible for implementing projects in the field of strategy, business development, organizational development, marketing for companies from various sectors of the economy, including IT, telecommunications, energy.

From 2008 to 2010, he was involved in business development with telecommunications and media companies in Microsoft’s Russian offices.

Katya Egorova

An expert in the field of the leader’s personalities, a candidate of psychology and a doctor of political sciences.

She is also the author of methodologies for assessing the personality of leaders in business and politics, and a method for constructing a psychological profile based on a controlled comparison according to 37 separate personality parameters. Since 1981, she has been assessing the personal potential of leaders and offering consultations.Ekaterina advised leaders of Russian business and international corporations, conducted trainings for the structures of Gazprom, Central Bank, BMW, Microsoft, Coca-Cola and others.
