Sorry to disappoint all you carb-lovers, but zoodles aren’t actually pasta. But they look similar and are both easy to make! Zoodles are the perfect summery (and gluten-free) appetizer and a great side dish to go with grilled meat or fish. You’ll be surprised at how versatile and simple this dish is!
How to make zoodles
Ingredients
Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles): Directions
Wash the zucchini. Using a spiralizer or a julienne peeler, cut the zucchini into thin long strips.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the zucchini strips, salt and pepper them to taste and saute for about 1-2 minutes.
Add some lemon juice and finely minced dill. Serve warm, while the zoodles haven’t become too soft.
