Zusammenfassung

Maligne Non Hodgkin Lymphome (NHL) des T- und NK-Zell Systems machen zwar in westlichen Ländern nur rund 9 % aller NHL aus. Aufgrund der vielen morphologisch, klinisch und genetisch unterschiedlichen Entitäten erfordern sie jedoch trotz der relativen Seltenheit eine komplexe und detaillierte Diagnostik. Erst in der heute gültigen WHO Klassifikation wurde ihre Beziehung und Ableitung von unterschiedlichen T- und NK-Zell Populationen systematisch molekular und phänotypisch begründet und diagnostische und differenzialdiagnostische Strategien realisiert. Dieses Kapitel bietet einen funktionell begründeten Einstieg in die pathologische Diagnostik dieser Lymphome und setzt den Schwerpunkt auf die primär im Lymphknoten lokalisierten Entitäten, da verschiedene extranodale Entitäten mit primär intestinalem, lienalem oder kutanem Organbefall oder mit primär leukämischem Bild in den jeweiligen Organkapiteln behandelt werden.
