Zusammenfassung

Im Klimakterium, speziell in der Postmenopause, wird mit der Substitutionstherapie die Absicht verfolgt, den endogenen Hormonmangel, speziell an Östradiol, auszugleichen. Dabei sind natürliche Östrogene in der geringsten wirksamen Dosis in einer möglichst individualisierten Behandlungsform zu verordnen (Lauritzen 1986).
