Zusammenfassung

Die authentische Führung, die auf den persönlichen Eigenschaften und Erfahrungen fußt, kann nur dann erfolgreich sein, wenn sie acht Rollen repräsentiert, um andere Menschen nachhaltig zu führen. Nur wer diese Rollen voll ausfüllt oder aber an andere Personen delegiert, kann das ganze Spektrum abdecken, was grundlegend notwendig ist, um einer Leitungsfunktion gerecht zu werden. Vorgestellt werden acht Rollen, die voneinander abhängig, aber gleichermaßen bedeutsam sind. Wobei die erste die wichtigste Rolle darstellt, nämlich der Experte in der Kommunikation. Im Fokus stehen das Betreuen und Weiterentwickeln von Mitarbeitenden (oder anderen Personen) im Sinne eines 360-Grad-Führungsansatzes . So finden wir uns als Führungskraft je nach Situation in den acht Rollen als Kommunikationsexperte, Business Coach, Motivator, Mentor, Change Manager, Visionär, Zielgeber und Gesundheitsmanager wieder.
