Zusammenfassung

Anlagenmanagement bedeutet Strategieentwicklung aufsetzend auf gesicherten Erkenntnissen, die in Normen und Regeln von Experten allgemeingültig formuliert und vorgegeben werden. Aber weitergehend ist auch die Aufgabe der Umsetzung dieser Strategien im Rahmen eines Beauftragungsprozesses und Rollenmodells gegeben (siehe auch Kap. 4) und jede Umsetzung muss entsprechend gesteuert werden. Daher benötigt das Anlagenmanagement entsprechende Steuerungsfunktionen, mit der die Umsetzung der Strategien angestoßen und der Erfolg gemessen werden kann, sowie bei Bedarf entsprechende Strategiekorrekturen implementiert werden.
