Le lecteur occidental ne manquera pas d’aborder le sujet proposé avec une certaine appréhension. Pourquoi s’attarder, dira-t-il, sur un aspect mineur de la pensée chinoise, au détriment des moments éthiques et contemplatifs de cette pensée, seuls domaines où la mentalité occidentale pourrait tirer profit de la profondeur d’esprit Orientale? A quoi bon se pencher sur les balbutiements de la logique chinoise, dont nous ne pouvons plus rien apprendre?
