LMC-J-0040-X is an opto-electronic laser distance measuring device designed for industrial applications. The module operates on basis of non contact comparative phase measurement with amplitude modulation. The laser diode (cw operation) has a divergence of 0.6 mrad for measurements within pinpoint accuracy. The maximum measuring rate is 50 Hz.

The sensor includes several different interfaces such as RS 232, RS 422 and one analog output 4 - 20 mA. For integration in fieldbus systems there are a ProfiBus DP interface and an SSI interface optionally available. Two digital switching outputs and one trigger in are present as well. By using visible red laser light, an easy adjustment of the laser towards the measuring object is possible.
Laser sensor LMC-J-0030-x is an opto-electronic distance detection module for industrial applications. The device uses a contactless measuring technique based on comparative phase measurement and amplitude modulation. The sensor world with a cw-Laser diode. The transmitting power is ≤ 1 mW and therefore achieve Laser class 2. Laser divergence conducts 0.6 mrd and allows a measurements in pinpoint accuracy.
The sensor is easy to programming und therefore offers three free selectable break points over the complete measuring range. The necessary „teach-in“ buttons are situated on the back panel of the sensors hidden under screw-fxed cover plate. Parametrizable are three relay switching outputs. An additional fourth relay in the sensor switches off during measurement, in case of a hardware failure, fall of potential or a measuring error.
There are three LEDs placed on the back panel of the sensor (3x yellow, 1x red), visualizing the three single conditions relating to the current switching value. The fourth red LED is for visualizing errors.

The laser distance measuring system LMC-J-510-X is robustly engineered especially for industrial applications. It works at distances up to 500 m within millimeter accuracy. In accordance to the reflectivity up to 100 m on diffusely reflecting surfaces are possible. Measuring values are provided continuously via the integrated interfaces RS 232 or RS 422 or 485 with Analog output 4… 20 mA. Optional there are more interfaces realizable, such as ProfiBus, Ethernet TCP/IP and SSI. Based on the measuring rate of 100 Hz and the small beam diffusion, pinpoint accurate measurements during different production processes are can be realized.
The laser sensor LMC-J-0060-X-X has been especially developed for industrial applications. Therefore it is integrated in a robust housing. Basis of the measuring concept builds the combination of phase-shift measurement and electro-optical based TOF. So a measuring rate on diffusely reflecting surfaces up to 100 Hz realizable within millimeter accuracy an up to 0.2 mm repeatable. This small laser divergence enables exact measurements with an absolute accuracy of 1 mm over distances up to 500 m.
The parametrizing of the sensors, such as the defining of the measuring rate, the average determination, the measuring field, the auto-start function, the baud rate and so on, occurs via interfaces. At standard, the user already can use 3 serial interfaces (RS 232/422 and 485) and one Analog output 4 … 20 mA and 3 switching outputs.
For safe and easy installation and adjustment the sensor is equipped with a spring cushioned three point bracket in standard. Moreover there is a solution with three point bracket for vertical installation.

The LMC-X-0062X is an opto-electronic distance measuring module for industrial applications. The module operates on basis of pulse back-mixing method. The Laser has a divergence of 0.35 mrad for measurement with pinpoint accuracy. The max. measuring output is 100Hz. The measured result is available on the RS 232 or RS 422 data interface. Available are 3x digital switching output, 1x analogue 4...20mA output and 1x Trigger In/Out. Optional are available Profibus, Ethernet TCP/IP, ProfiNet and CAN-open. The sensor alignment can be easily achieved with the help of the red pilot laser. The measuring range is between 0,2 to 100 m on any natural surface, dependent of surface remission.
