Almes Doors

Nobody's perfect. I really wish I could give these guys five stars. Their product is superb, and their customer service is wonderful. The only snag is the "lead time": it took my doors 8 weeks to arrive from the moment the order was placed. I realize each door is manufactured individually, which is a good thing, of course. Still, 8 weeks is a long time. Apart from that, if you're looking for new doors, this is a great place.

DO NOT ORDER DOORS HERE. The company openly lies about shipping and order details. Doors are manufactured in Belarus (hello to US Sanctions), managers are always MIA, and if you are lucky to get to one, bluntly lie about the shipment status. IF the order arrives, the good chance that the part of the order or details are incorrect, and you would have to wait another 6-9-12 months for the corrected parts. All troubles with shipment are understandable, the lies about the order status- unacceptable.

Sam has been wonderful to work with, helping me every step of the way. He's amiable, knowledgeable and knows how to solve problems. The product I got is state-of-the-art, from the door model's design to the slick hardware. I look forward to working with them again!
