Great Owners and Best Fresh Bagels. Great friendly service and very busy on the weekends but always a fast wait in line just remember your cash.

Everything sells out I want before or by 10:30 AM. '
Too noisy there.
The bagel choices ain't a big selection.
Tried multiple times to order bagels in advance, was told no by the staff.
The team got an accent that is hard to understand
They charge for butter. Not a joke, it happened to me.
The experience during COVID was horrible. They made customers wear a mask even if they wasn't sick or didn't had any symptoms. Saw signs there during that period of time that said on the door no mask, no service.

Waterbury a city that has just 2 bagels places & both of them are owned by the same people & both named Ami.

Wish they had an alternative choice because it is badly needed,


Just to be clear: It's basically in a shopping center called Colonial Plaza that has been dying. There's not much to do there other than going to Dunkin, Wendy's & Taco Bell. I know Cherry Valley is there, but the supermarket is a place there I got sick from.

CASH ONLY. Robotics competition brought us to Waterbury. We were really aiming for the other amis but the gps led us here. Very small place inside no seating get your food and get on your way. I can say I wasn't disappointed in this place. Bagels were the perfect combinations of crisp and chewy. Place was steaming the windows always a good sign of quality.

I was very pleased with the costumer service I was provided. It was clean and owner and young lady very nice.

I don't think this place needs a review but I will leave mine just the same. I mean, I think they are pretty well known in the area. And with that said, these are the best bagels outside of Brooklyn. Like, they are that good. If you want to know what a good bagel is, and you are nearby, you must come here. Unfortunately, these delicacies have no pairings, like no coffee or smoked salmon, but they are amazing nonetheless. A great idea would be to pick up a dozen, take them to your place, and have amazing bagels for breakfast. I am that invested here.

Everyone raves about this spot but I honestly do not ever enjoy it. It's always a hit or miss for me. I usually like getting bacon egg and cheese sandwiches; but, every time I order I get a very greasy sandwich so much so that I do not enjoy it at all.

Also sometimes when I call to order it seems like the phones disconnected so that calls cannot come in.

This is just my experience I've had the last few times I've ordered from them.

The best bagel's in CT are right here in Waterbury. Try one or two, try your favorite or mine too, toasted or not, with butter or cream cheese, all I have to say is, you'll be very pleased.

Love the bagels. Best place in the area but are a bit expensive. I highly recommend either the salt or everything bagel with lox

Great Fresh Bagels! I drive in from the Middletown, CT area just to grab a few dozen. Fresh, great selection and easy to get to location. This is by far the best bagel place that I've been to in a very long time. I wish they would open up a few more locations in CT.

The best bagel and homemade cream cheese. The owner is very nice. Many varieties and flavors of cream cheese so tasty.
