Excellent and courteous staff, I walked in without an appointment and they generously fit me and my girlfriend in for an eye exam.

The exam was quick and painless and the optometrist was very friendly with a nice "bedside" manner. I'm getting older and my vision is changing after being stable for 20 years and she addressed my concerns and put my worries at ease.

When it was time to pick my frames they were very patient too. It can be confusing since not every insurance provider will cover particular frames. She helped me pick frames that were covered so I didn't have to pay out of pocket.

This is a great cozy shop if you need a test/exam or new glasses I recommend you stop in!

awful experience, i have insurance and the 2 ladies working there, tried to charge me in cash to do my glasses, even do my insurance fully covers my glasses as medical necessity.

i called my insurance and i was told that my glasses are 100% covered and they did not have the need to try to charge me at all.

it is outrageous that a disabled person has to struggle and be scammed by these ignorant thieves.

i'd hope they go out of business soon, since it is not proper to make a disabled person pay for the glasses since the insurance covers them 100%.
