I can only speak on our experience and we had a great experience when we walked in and we were greeted by Ginger - we knew we wanted a dresser and night stand for my moms new bedroom at my house .
We were looking for off Grey but saw this beautiful set white set and my mom fell in love as it is solid wood and the prices are amazing .
We took both the dresser and night stand and both were delivered the next morning .
Ginger even reminded us the tax was covered by Jerome's .
We are very happy - thank you !!!

This is where the problem resided but also where there was a ray of hope. We walked in at the exact same time as another couple, in fact right in front of them. A young lady with dark black hair (no name tag) completely ignored us, looked right at us but didn't greet us, and blew right by. She immediately walked to the couple behind us and told them of some marketing deal or something. There was no difference in our appearance as to one appearing to have money vs the other (if that is what you're thinking). Whatever it was management needs to take action immediately because after this we refused to shop here. On the positive front, Paul was amazing. He came over introduced himself, shook our hands, and asked if we needed anything. Later we saw him and he said hi to me by name which was very impressive.
We ended buying 8 dinning chairs 10 minutes later at Ashley Furniture down the road. We worked with Duc "Duke" Nguyen for the 2nd time in a year and he is a rockstar.
Overall:
Unlikely would we return in the future.

I am utterly furious about my experience with Jeromes! I splurged $9100 on their furniture and even got the additional 5-year coverage, yet every single piece of so-called "leather" furniture I purchased started peeling off and turned out to be complete garbage. I had faith that Jeromes would honor the warranty, but they completely let me down.
To add insult to injury, the majority of what I bought is now fit for the trash! When I sought assistance from the management, they offered me absolutely nothing in return. I'm left needing a whole new set of furniture because everything they labeled as "leather" is peeling apart, and it's an absolute disgrace. This level of junk should never have been legally permitted for sale.

I spent $2,500 on a leather sofa and bought a "fully refundable warranty." Total lie. I had to make a warranty claim since a spring broke within 1 month and they found some BS reason not to pay. I asked for my 100% deposit back and they said it's only fully refundable within 30 days. Avoid Jerome's. They may not administer the warranty but they misinformed me and do business with a shady company.

Great Customer Service and great delivery service. The furniture was not the same finish color as advertised on the showroom
floor. I noticed the color was wrong immediately, but also remember them saying no returns. I would take it up with Jerome's after the delivery- Mistake number 1. The table I purchased from the show room was a gold tone the one delivered is ash brown. They do not have quality control nor tell you there could be a major color difference in what you order. I bought the sectional sofa from this people and they supposed to deliver it and they came. The delivery guys saw that I am in the second floor and they don't wanna waste any time. They made an excuse that rain damage the furniture and they're going to reschedule and bring the item next delivery day so they came today which is March 26th and then they said that they knocked the door ring the bell nobody answered, and I'm living in a small apartment. There's no way that they ring the bell or knocked the door. I could not hear so they took my delivery back to the store and they would not bring it back. I am, I'm I've been scheduling my doctors appointment other appointment for this delivery to happen and then it never happens so I'm going to cancel this delivery and never have business with this people corrupted liars. That's all they never do anything to help a customer. I called so many times spoke to Patricia and Debbie about this and they were saying oh let me call you back let me call I have you speak to this person and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and I spoke to no one and I was not successful to do anything, so I'm going to cancel this purchase and never deal with these people again and you guys should do the same thing don't do any business with this corrupted business Jerome.

I I needed a Bunkie board for my daughters loft bed. This is a replacement Bunkie board. So I got online and chatted with Jerome and Laguna. Ask if you had one in stock. They did so. I drove over to pick it up. Upon measuring it, we realized it would not fit and I needed to find someone with a truck to come back with me. I came back three hours later to be told, by a rather rude self person, that the 1/4 as the keyboard they had in stock with Marie's customer and then we're coming to pick it up tomorrow.
Remember, I had already called and texted the store in addition to coming in earlier in the day..... the team did a complete 180 and said that I could no longer have the board that was in stock. they needed to reserve it for someone else! That would've been nice to know before I found someone with a van to drive all the way to the store. Then the team just said sorry we're not gonna sell it to you. We can get you one by Monday.
I know my purchase with a small one, but if it was any indication of how customers get treated, I will not go back and I cannot recommend you do either.

I have been holding off on writing this review as I hoped the company would come to their senses and actually honor their warrantee they sold me, but I was sadly mistaken. It has been 5 years since I purchased my couch. It's been nothing but trouble. When the delivery people brought it in, they ripped a giant hole in the back of it, and instead of offering me a new couch, they sent someone to patch it up. Fine, since the back would be to the wall anyways. Whatever. But the main thing I asked for when I went into the store was a REAL LEATHER couch that wouldn't peel. I had a bad experience with a fake leather couch that started peeling, and I wanted to do everything I could to ensure that didn't happen again. The salesperson assured me that this couch was 100% real leather and would not peel. And just in case, she offered me an opportunity to buy a $250 insurance policy. Well, the couch I received was not the one I ordered. It looked ALMOST the same, but the beautiful leather I'd seen in the store was covered with some weird almost rubber type finish. The couch wasn't smooth to sit on. You couldn't slide around on it. I mentioned this to the delivery people who were more worried about the giant hole they'd just poked in it and told me just to "use it for a while and it will be more comfortable"... well about 2 years in the couch starts to peel. Whatever rubber finish is on this leather, it peels off when it comes into contact with skin. It looks disgusting and cheap. I hate this couch. I have tried everything to get in touch with the company and they've decided that my warrantee (since it was with a company they no longer use) doesn't have to cover it. I am stuck, once again, with a couch that has no place except for the garbage. I cannot stress enough how much you shouldn't trust these people. The "warrantee" they sell you is through a company that doesn't even answer their phones. They will damage your furniture and deliver you a product different than the one you saw in the showroom. 0/10. Never ever coming back.
I can't reply to Jerome's reply to this so I'll do it here: I KNOW ITS OUT OF WARRANTY NOW I TRIED TO GET HELP FOR THREE SOLID YEARS. I came to the store, I called the numbers, I waited on hold for DAYS. I talked to your "warranty" people... nobody could help me and clearly you don't get how frustrating it is to spend thousands of dollars on faulty furniture and extra money on a warrantee that means nothing.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

Neither the staff, nor the management seems to understand the basic fundamentals of customer service.
Purchased chair to match my sofa in early December. was told it would be in by midmonth. A week later it was pushed back to end of December now it's pushed back till mid January.
when I called the store I talked to Neil who could care less that my order was delayed. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said they didn't have one.

We purchased a couch from here and absolutely loved it but when it arrived it was missing the attachment to connect the couch and we had to wait several months for it even though we were told it was in stock. We forgave the situation and a year later we decided we needed to buy a mattress. We bought into a $4k mattress. They said hey give it 30 days for comfort. So we did. Literally the worst mattress I've ever slept on and when asking what the policy for return is they said "we don't guarantee comfort" at $4k you better guarantee comfort! I have a toddler that barely let's me sleep as it is and having a crappy nights sleep on a mattress is a not a good policy.

There is a break in period for new mattresses of about 4-6 weeks and sometimes longer for firm mattresses, however after the break in period the mattress should feel more like the one tested in store. We do advise at the time of purchase that we do not have a comfort exchange policy to ensure that every customer is aware of the policies in place, however we can certainly understand the frustration.
