Orloski's Car Wash & Lube Shop

Went for a car wash and interior cleaning and the guys working there half assed the job and then one gentleman got pissed off with another gentleman and took his anger out on my car by not cleaning the windows on the door, windshield and side of the doors. To top it off he slammed my car doors so hard. Do not recommend this facility.

Worst car wash I've ever gotten. Poor quality I highly recommend you don't waste your money.

Been going there for years always satisfied until today. Paid $15.00 extra with the "Absolute Best" car wash to have the interior cleaned, what a disappointment. Windows streaked inside and outside, never dusted the dash and console as advertised. Definitely not worth $15. Learned a good lesson. 10/24/2023

i worked here, none of my co workers care about you or your car, and some people who come through were the nastiest people you could ever meet by just how rude. toxic environment for anyone, buying or working. car wash isn't maintained either as the owner doesn't give 2 shits. half of the equipment in the car wash is actually broken, you just don't notice because the car comes out clean but you'd get the same results for a $5 hand wash

Went in for oil change and they cracked my oil filter housing. Ended up costing me over 500 dollars to fix. I'd look elsewhere.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. ORLOSKI'S CUSTOMER SERVICE (LACK THERE OF) IS THE WORST. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICES AS ADVERTISED.

-They DO NOT tell you up front that they cannot rotate tires stating their equipment isn't capable.
-They DO NOT wash Jeeps.
-They WILL leave grease hand prints on your car door and hood.

Make sure they spell out the service you are paying for and what they will do BEFORE leaving them your vehicle! I took my 2018 Jeep Rubicon in and when I exited my car I explicitly said "Please rotate the tires" and the attendant replied "it comes with the service". I had a bad feeling just by the appearance and lax attitude of these three HS age workers so I went into the office and stood so I could watch. When I questioned the cashier she was quick to provide excuses about the tire rotation and car wash. I asked WHY I wasn't told before leaving my car.......CRICKETS!

Advise to the owner-
1. Fire these inept employees/kids.
3. Hire employees that want to work and not joke around.
4. Have a Customer Service Representative greet customers and explain what services you do/do not provide.
5. Follow-up with your customers and ask if they're satisfied with the service they paid for and received.

Hope your vehicle doesn't get damaged. The employees are trained to act concerned and get your information. Then get you out the door to never hear from them again. The maintenance of the equipment is poor .
All about the money here no care for the customer!

This is the only place I go to to have my car washed. Not only is the service good, they do a great job for the price. I've seen other reviews saying that they do a bad job "detailing the interior." They clean the interior of your car; they don't detail it. In fact, if you go somewhere to have your interior detailed, you'll pay anywhere between $50 - $100. Considering what Orloski's charges, you definitely get your money's worth. If you want someone to get in every crack and crevice (detailing), you should find a place that doesn't detailing and pay the money. Orloski's does a great job of vacuuming your car, wiping down the dash and cleaning the windows. They also offer monthly rates for unlimited car washes.

Orloski's destroyed the paint job on my Tacoma. Despite many professionals pointing out the Orloski's was at fault.. they could have worked with me even on just trying to buff out the damage their wash system did to my vehicle. The own offered not even an apology and said it wasn't their establishment.

I am an honest worker and used them on a weekly basis. Never again

Brought my F150 in for a wash and interior cleaning. First I want to say that the employees were polite but the service severely lacked quality. Part of the interior service is to have door jams wiped down. WHAT THEY ACTUALLY MEAN is the body side of the door jam not the door itself. When called and spoke with the manager Brian, a polite kid, said they only wipe down the part of the door that gets wet. Since I do this typically myself. The entire door bitten gets wet body side and door. I spoke with the owner and he was less the helpful or caring. He said they don't wipe down the door at all just the jams on the body side. You can look at the pics yourself. Being the only full service place in town they have gotten lazy. Once the new wash opens at the bottom of Coal St my business will be three.

I have rubber floor liners and heavy duty mats on top. The kid who did the passenger side pulled the floor liner up which was stuck with stick on hook and loop tape and replace the mat under the floor liner. The rubber floor liner was asked not to be removed

The dash was wiped down but still dirty in spots.

Overall a terrible interior job. Brian the manager asked me to return and he offered to fix. But time and other commitments won't allow that until next. The owner offered nothing but " we don't clean that". One word for this service... terrible!!!!!

Again my business will go else were from now on. Oh btw I tipped before I checked the result. Out of respect for the workers. No more Orloski's for me and I recommend the only way to show them they need to improve is everyone take their business somewhere else!
