Pink pink
First time at Pink Pink located on the second floor of the Hillsdale mall. Went on a weekend and there was a line but the wait wasn't long at all. They have a tablet that you order on. I ordered the Peach Oolong Agar Boba Milk Tea with half sweetness and Matcha Milk & Coconut pudding. Both were delicious and not overly sweet. I enjoyed the boba more. I enjoyed the pudding because it isn't too heavy or sweet. With so many boba places to choose from Pink Pink definitely is a go to.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dec 29, 2023
It's a refreshing little tea place, and a nice addition to the food court in Westfield Mall. The decor of the booth/stall is really cute, but other than that, nothing much else about it differentiates it from all the other bubble tea businesses that are everywhere.

I've been here a few times with my husband when we're at Westfield and want a sweet treat or dessert. The drinks here are tasty and served in a sizable portion (usually he and I just share one). Since there are so many good options to choose from on their menu, I usually just make it easy on myself and choose from their "popular" list, particularly the matcha tornado or Thai tea tornado.
Pink Pink seemed to be quite popular when it first opened and there was almost always a long line. That being said, the vibe seems to have changed the last few times we went and the lines seem to have gotten shorter. I'm not sure if it's because the business has changed (I feel like the service and prices have changed, and not really for the better - though I do like the self-order option now) or if there is just more competition now with other new businesses popping up.
tl;dr: It's good here, but getting quite pricey now for one drink, so when it comes down to it, there are other options nearby that I find are just as tasty and with better prices and customer service.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jun 9, 2023
Went to Pink Pink for dessert after an awesome dinner. Didn't know much about this place nor did we look it up before we came, but we were in the mood for something sweet. We ended up each getting the mango pink-nut (sounds like a tropical disease) and we didn't have any idea what to expect. We knew there was going to mango and coconut, but that was all we were expecting
Order process is simple, automated and done on a couple of kiosks outside adjacent to the pickup window.
To our surprise it was a coconut custard/pudding thing with mango mixed into it and not a drink like we were expecting. The texture is nice and silky with great coconut and mango flavors. Delicious subtly sweet dessert to cap it off. The pink-nut also comes in a souvenir jar so you can commemorate not getting a tropical STD!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Suzi F.San Francisco, CA1713521Mar 17, 2024
If you're craving boba, and definitely if you're planning on making a special stop--try calling to make sure they're open. Stopped by specifically to get a drink here before my conference e but they're closed during their advertised open hours :(

Overall Experience: 5
Food: 5
Service: 4
Atmosphere: 3.5
Value: 4 (on par with other boba shops)
I love pink pink because their drinks really suit my flavor profile. I love cheese foam on top of blended fruit smoothies and that's what pink pink seems to specialize in! The storefront is in the Westfield mall food court which makes the atmosphere not the best, but I would still come here any day or the week!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Juliana C.San Jose, CA02Apr 28, 2024

I thought this place was very mediocre. I got the peach oolong milk tea and it was just okay. There was nothing special about the tea, but I couldn't really taste too much of the peach. The boba was actually pretty good! It was sweet and has a nice texture. I personally thought it was a bit pricy for the quality and taste of their boba drinks.

This spot is definitely not as personable. If you're not really into engaging with people, then this could be a plus. (Most of the time I'm really scared of people).
There's two different kiosks you can order from, if you don't want to order at the register. By the time we went, we stood at the register and weren't acknowledged... so we took the cue that we should just order from the kiosk.
I ordered the lapsang souchong black milk tea, less sweet. It was disappointing that by the time we ordered, they were out of boba, and out of other drink options.
You have to wait until your number is called, which is projected onto a sign and they announce the name through a microphone.
I felt it took some time to get our drinks, but overall, it was an ok experience. Taste wise, it's decent. I do like the location, though. It's nice to get boba in the mall and have something to consume while you're walking around, or getting something else from the food court.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nov 13, 2022
Cute shop with peach theme.
I like the aesthetics and the drinks selection. Felt obligated to order something peach flavored and got the peach tea with cheese foam. So good! Recommend with 50% sugar. It's perfect blend of light sweet, cream, and fruit tea.
Toppings note: Do not get the red bean boba. I thought it was going to be red bean flavored boba but it's actually boba with literal red beans in it. The texture is unsettling. Like popping boba but instead of a satisfying pop it's beans inside.
Another odd thing was the cups were not clear? I like seeing through the cup to know what my drink looks like. This was an interesting design.
Overall the drinks themselves are tasty. Would recommend. Just be warned about the red bean boba.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1
