We have been members for over 10 years. We've stayed members due to the quality of service, rates & many local offices. Plus, the remodeled Wauwatosa office is very open, modern, and clean. My son loves the ipad kids area while waiting.

Frank M, the financial advisor, has serviced us for over 5+ years now. Today, we just had our yearly financial check-up. Frank is very professional, precise & knowledgeable in many sectors. He always comes with many questions & suggestions for your life. He even answered our random tax return questions we had this year. This office also offers other services such as life insurance. Frank now has a local assistant at the Wauwatosa office & and Separate owen wealth management area, which is separate from the regular bank.

Fine overall. Found out recently that they do not process foreign currency orders. Seriously? Is this the 21st century? Where do I live?

They're staff is SOOOOO helpful. The young woman who helped me start the student package gave me her contact information and proceeded to help me even after my visit. She did everything in her power to make sure I got the results I wanted and was only polite. I appreciate their service and I'm more than happy to be switching my bank over to them.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Trying to get assistance during COVID 19 and they are forcing everyone to call a phone number that DOES NOT WORK. They have people working via email and phone but all of those people say you must call a phone number which either disconnects immediately or after 30 minutes of hold time. No care for the terrible situation people are in right now. After 10+ years as a loyal customer, I am done with UWCU for good.

I worked with Matt on a HELOC. He was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, always answered all of my questions, and was extremely responsive to e-mails and my phone calls. He made the entire process seamless and very efficient from start to finish - not to mention timely! We were able to close quickly. I highly recommend him.

Have to agree with Josh E. here. We've always been happy with UWCU and are less than pleased that they sold our mortgage to such a shitty company (PHH, I HATE YOU) before we even closed on the house. We went with UWCU in the first place for several reasons, but this whole experience has made me reconsider if this is the best place for all the rest of our banking.
