Don't skip their palabok waffle fries, so goooood! I could eat that every day!!!
Their ube waffle is tasty and thick- so yummy! We had their cantaloupe juice which is freshly made- not too sweet which is how it's supposed to be! Their ube latte is also good- the most ube taste I've tried in any ube + coffee marriage. Save room
For dessert coz their ube banana pudding is also a must! I was surprised with the flavor- I wish I got two just for me!Helpful 4Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Md N.Houston, TX22419Dec 8, 2023
I love this place! Everything I ate was very unique and delicious, especially the ube oreo banana pudding!!!! The owner was super sweet with helping us ordering and updating us on our order. Waiting for them to open again because my friends and I miss it so much.

My wife and I have been looking forward to trying this place for a while...just needed to wait for the temperatures to drop down a bit since it seemed like we skipped spring and went straight to a never ending summer this year. In any case, we knew we would be dining outside and, while it was still around 90F outside at noon, there was at least a breeze so we decided to try out WEH? Odd name by the way...should've asked them where it came from.
WEH? touts fusion flavors with influences from Filipino and Korean cuisine. Being Filipino American who was stationed in South Korea with the Army twice, I felt like I had a discerning palette to judge authenticity. My wife ordered the K-Chicken and Rice ($11.60) with Korean sweet and spicy sauce and I ordered the Bibimsilog Bowl with Longanisa ($13.70). We also ordered Calamansi Soda ($2.75) and Fresh Cantaloupe Juice ($2.50) with our meals.
My wife liked her dish...crispy and flavorful with ample amount of chicken. She gave me her fried egg, which I readily took, since she doesn't like uncooked egg yolk. My dish had authentic bibimbap flavors (even the gochujang or chili pepper paste tasted authentic) and I liked the sweet flavor of the longanisa but I wished it had more than 3 or 4 thin slices of longanisa it was served with. The cantaloupe juice was refreshing but the calamansi soda just had subtle calamansi flavor. We would have preferred something with more robust calamansi flavor like Aloha Maid calamansi soda we used to drink when we lived in Hawaii.
After finishing lunch, my wife tried their Ube Iced Coffee ($4.50). She liked it but the ube flavor was a bit muted.
All in all, we liked our dining experience and will surely go back. Lunch for 2 came out to just under $47 with tip.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 45053May 5, 2023
The food is crazy good. Authentic, creative flavors and dishes. Great service too! I had the bibimsilog with longanisa and my husband had the korean fried chicken rice bowl. Both were great portions packed with flavor! We also HAD to try the ube oreo banana pudding and it was insanely delicious!! The location is great, although their spot inside the building may be hard to find. Don't let that stop you from getting some Weh?! I hope this business thrives and lots of people get to try their food!

*drooling as I'm reminiscing about this meal experience*
So I am a forever groupie when it comes to anything chicken and waffles. Like a ride or die stan when it comes to this signature meal.
Tell me how it took me 32 years of existence to have K-fried chicken bites and an ube waffle together to discover this food-gasmic pairing. WEH? is a must have at the Red Bus Food Park. They also have some other signature dishes worth trying, but my 5-star moment was their chicken and waffle moment.Helpful 25Thanks 1Love this 28Oh no 0Business owner information

Y'all know it's been TOO HOT even for Texas in June so it was easy to talk myself into letting someone else do the cooking and splurge on some cold sweet treats.
Loco moco taco. Small package, big comfort food flavor, probably the most familiar presentation to me here as someone who learned about loco moco from Hawaiian folk living stateside.
The longanisa sliders have enough heat to scare a midwestern Lutheran but you can add a shot of their spicy sauce if you like. I think they're lovely as is. A compact meal or a snack to share.
Their new buko pandan mochi waffle? Love it! Their ice cream version of the cold dessert made me so happy and eating it on that hot waffle is just a delight. Sorry not sorry to friends with coconut texture issues like one of my BFFs, I'm just going to eat your share.
And I finally got to try the famous ube Oreo banana pudding! What a lovely trio. Mostly pudding and Oreos, just a little banana layered in there and it is absolutely perfect. It is a very sweet dessert and half the tub satisfied me. I was looking to cool off as much as anything else and this treat did the trick.
Should also take this opportunity to thank whoever keeps the hours and product up to date for the business on Yelp and their own site, as they were shut last week and had partial hours this week. It is so nice to know up front when a craving is unavailable and be able to reschedule, not having money disappear into the ether on orders which never arrive like horror stories I hear from other places. Thank you.Helpful 10Thanks 1Love this 10Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Heather! Thank you so much for the continuous support and we're glad you enjoyed our food both times! Both these reviews are like stories from a cook book, which were well written! and yes we like to keep up with our hours on here and our social media as we don't like disappointing our customers. Thank you for understanding and hope to see you soon! :)

Loco moco sliders. I have to learn to stop expecting Hawaiian when I hear that name, because this version was so nice in its own distinct way. It was the most unassuming little wrapped package peeking up from its own bag, but when I opened it lovely melted cheese was going everywhere like a Spider-Man graphic and I could smell something pleasantly spicy. Are those mushrooms? Did I order longanisa by mistake? No, peeked and there are the happy little hamburger patties so here we go. Comes on two Hawaiian rolls so easy to split with a friend if you like; filling for the price.
Calamansi soda, a Filipino carbonated lemonade. Closest I can get to describing the taste is Squirt but sweeter. And it doesn't taste the same twice in a row, each sip bounces you somewhere else like it was just cut with Sprite, peach, or even Mt Dew.
Fried garlic rice will be relished tomorrow when I fry up some eggs, I want that for breakfast so bad.
Ube waffle with butter, syrup and fresh strawberries. WOW what a lovely sugar-dusted dessert or breakfast. Again, warm enough the butter tubs were melted on arrival. Enough strawberries to fill every waffle dimple and more. Enough syrup to drizzle each waffle quarter. So good. A steal at $5
Delivery was friendly and timely again. We are lucky to have this place. Make plans and mark the sojourn on your calendar since they're only open 3 days a week--I know how sad I am when I realize I just missed it and have to wait a week.

You should go here.
Seriously.
I waited like a fool, don't be like me.
4:30pm I got the email confirming my order. 5:05pm I was back in my house having met the driver out front. The estimated time at order was 10-30 minutes longer. Again, I live pretty near so YMMV but I was thrilled. I got texts when it was ready, picked up, and when it had been delivered.
The bag smelled *so* nice, it's been too long since I had something that hit these notes in my brain.
First? The cantaloupe juice. Why was this never an option before? I was born in in the age of frozen OJ only, usually the first thing you helped with in the kitchen as a child, stirring the frozen extruded lump into tap water. This is so much fresher than that, a gentle sweet flavor and I imagine so refreshing in summer.
AAAAAAARGH their chicken and waffles. Sweet, tender ube waffles and spicy sticky chicken, so nice. The butter was already melted in its little packets, the meal was still so hot in the clamshell. The colors and flavors are just so interesting and not what the rest of my week have been like.
Mr R is crying on the phone that I got a version of bi bim bop--and it feels more like that than the Hawaiian loco moco I'm familiar with--so I appreciate they also list it as bibimsilog. Lovely tasting veg dancing at the edge of the bowl, a fraction of them spicy pickled, sufficient rice with good texture. The accompanying sauce is *hoo!* warm and would fog up my mother's glasses, don't let that little smiley face on the lid fool you. Whether you stir it altogether as tradition demands or hop back and forth across the bowl with your fork as I do, the tastes are a wonderful combination.
I was just thinking the other day how I miss being a part of an orchestra, you feel the reverberation in your entire body and it's just different from sitting in the audience. This sampling was, for me, a short little happy transport to sitting in the orchestra again, but for my tum. - Jun 2, 2022
We discovered this place at a local farmers market in Buda. We recently just relocated from Hawaii and Ube is a big deal there. The two girls offered us some samples and we were hooked! It tasted just like home and knew we needed to try it all.
The Ube Oreo Banana Pudding is AMAZING! The flavors just blend well together. The ube waffle was super flavorful as well!
I am so happy to find this business to get my Ube fix in. I can't wait to return and try more of their items!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Katlyn!
Awww this was such a nice review! Thank you so much we appreciate you. We’re actually going to be popping up at growlers express tomorrow 6/3 4-9pm if you’re in the area stop by! Hope to see you soon! :) - May 13, 2022
The ube waffle was decent didn't really get a lot of taro flavor coming through. The loco moco taco was solid and I don't think I ever saw a loco moco taco! The tortilla is also ube/taco infused and is bright purple but again didn't really get any of the flavor to come through.
Super neat food truck park, I definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 29, 2022

I first heard about this on a Facebook page and immediately got ready to head over. I was excited because I've been craving silog, bibimbap, and specifically yes Ube Coffee. So when I saw the menu, I was dying to try it. I usually don't have high expectations when it comes to Asian food in the area, but I did with this one. And wow, i loved how flavorful everything was. It wasn't just some modern fusion place. It tasted authentic and DIFFERENT. Never seen combinations like this before and I'd go back to try them all if I could. Personally, I think it's also the best ube coffee I've ever had because it had bits of ube in it as well. I hope they stay in business and get more customers. Owner is also very sweet and takes her time to explain the menu.
