"This place graduated from a food cart to a full brick and mortar shop on Saturday. My friend and I were walking by and saw the owner and his girlfriend do a shot of Fireball! That was enough to convince us to check it out. The space is super hip--succulents, light wood, and exposed lightbulbs. There's a lot of seating and good corner seats to get close on a date. The music was really chill and definitely a highlight. The ice cream is totally vegan; toppings are up to you. The owner puts on a good show working it from a liquid into solid rolls of deliciousness. The flavor was on point and the service stellar."
