Alarmruf 112 is an alarm and notification system which is used for additional alarming of emergency organizations and aid organizations, such as fire brigade, Red Cross, water watch, mountain rescue or technical relief organization (THW). Alarm call 112 is also used in companies and public institutions when it comes to quickly alerting or notifying people and groups of people.

The alarm portal Alarmruf 112 offers several alarm routes for alarming and notifying people and groups of people. In addition to push alarms via the app, all messages can also be sent by SMS, voice call, email or fax. The desired alarm path can be set individually for each participant (multiple selection possible).

A fallback level is also integrated in the alarm call 112 app. If the push alert cannot be delivered, e.g. for devices that are not connected to the Internet, the system can automatically trigger a fallback level (e.g. SMS or voice call).

End-to-end encryption was created thanks to the encryption and strict data protection guidelines. The alarm call 112 app cannot be activated without the subscriber having been saved in the alarm portal by the respective system administrator and released for alarming via the app. This ensures that data cannot be viewed by unauthorized persons.
