Most beautiful moment during the creative process?
I love the lightbulb moment when it feels like everything comes together and allows you to start making with your hands.
What are you proud of?
I am proud that I follow my intuition with everything that I make. This has led me to create both drawings and jewellery that I am proud of with concepts and ideas that I can continue to revisit and investigate.
Who would you like to meet or who would you like to work with?
I would love to have met British artist Phyllida Barlow and Japanese-American sculptor Noguchi.
Favorite material?
Pencil.
Who is your biggest supporter?
My family and friends of course – particularly my friend Daisy Gray, a brilliant creative mind who has also recently founded Centre half with Mila Mussi.
Favorite image?
This image from a shoot I did with Holly de Looze. I think that it captures perfectly the essence and mood of how I create and how I want my creations to be perceived.
What is to you, the most beautiful sentence?
‘Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.’ Maybe a bit cringe but I remember being told this Samuel Beckett quote when I was younger and I think of it often.
