Daniela Gaub

Daniela Gaub has worked in various legal roles since 2008. Daniela started as a Research Assistant at Lingnau & Lingnau Rechtsanwälte in 2008, then moved on to become a Legal Officer, Director of Legal Policy, and Head of Legal at the BDIU Bundesverband Deutscher Inkasso-Unternehmen e.V. from 2012 to 2021. In 2013, they took on the role of Lecturer at the Deutsche Inkasso Akademie. Since 2021, they have been working as General Counsel and Head of Legal at PAIR Finance, where they are also responsible for professional accuracy of legal services provided by the company. Additionally, they are the contact person and internal trainer for debt collection and data protection law, as well as the product owner for GDPR relevant topics that must be implemented technically.

Daniela Gaub began their educational career in 2003 when they attended the Universität Potsdam and earned their 1. Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften in 2008. Daniela then attended Kammergericht (Berlin) from 2009 to 2011, where they earned their 2. Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften.
