Awful experience with this company. Delivery itself was fine but trying to return has been a nightmare. They refer to completing an order form on the returns section of their website but can I find it? I’ve emailed them and also emailed them on their ‘contact us’ form but to no avail. Product is ridiculously small considering what they state on their website considering it was for an average size child. Don’t bother!

I read reviews after purchasing Stitch pyjamas for my two girls and I started to panic.
I shouldn't have.
I'll be ordering from Characterville again without any doubt.
My order arrived withing the timescale stated, even though we're 5 days away from Christmas.

Ordered a Man City boys hoodie, never received it. Contacted customer services was given an Amazon tracking number but didn’t know how to track it or where to type the tracking number into as I never ordered it on Amazon, so I asked how to track this and didn’t receive a response. Never received my order. Avoid ordering from here.

They have no service. Contacted them over a week ago for help with a return and no response. No phone number available. The social media links on their page aren't linked to anywhere. Unable to return an unsuitable product.

Bought these for the wife who is a huge Harry Potter fan. She loved them but was disappointed in the fitting. The top fitted her perfect but the bottoms were too tight on the legs and to big around the stomach and waist. She said it would fit gru from the minions better. So the top she can wear with other Harry Potter bottoms she already has.
