Lacking In Customer Service
I found this site online whilst looking for somewhere to pursue study. I was interested in a course so after reading the information available online, as stated I submitted a form with further questions as pricing was not given online or duration etc. what I received back was a brochure regarding the course with noly information that was already available on their website, I still did not get a prica, duration or anything else I had asked for, it was clear that my message was not read. I then received another email shortly afterwards asking me to get in touch if I had any further questions, I replied requesting that my previous questions be answered. Since then I have heard nothing. This comes across as an automated service with no interest in any sort of good customer service but how they expect anyone to want to spend hundreds on their site with this sort of customer service I o not know. My personal experience here has not been a good one at all.
