Good bang for buck. I decided to buy a USB hub during Prime Days. This one wasn't a Prime deal, but it was clearly the best buy for me, even with competitors on Prime Day prices.

I wanted around seven high speed ports, plus high speed charging for iPhone and iPad Pro, both of which can take advantage of USB PD. Also, having a “line lump” power supply instead of a “wall wart” was a big bonus, making it easier to fit in my crowded power strips. The 60 watt power supply was bigger than the others in this price range. Lastly, the USB-C adapter was a nice plus, since my computer has more free USB-C connectors than USB-B, and my monitor has only USB-C outputs.

I verified that it charges my iPad Pro at full speed, and also my iPhone 11, no problem doing both at the same time. The data ports work fine with such things as my digital piano, for recording its audio over USB, playing or recording it via MIDI over USB, and sending audio to its speakers.
